The Town of Maiden provides water, sewer, and electrical service to its residents.
Bills are due by the 15th of each month and may be paid at Town Hall via cash/check/debit or credit card or the payment may be made at the "Drop Box" located at Town Hall. You can also pay online using this link: https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/maidennc
Cut off day is normally the last day of the month. However, if the cut-off day falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be postponed to the first business day (Monday-Friday) following the end of the month.
Also, EPP (Equalized Payment Plan) is available for your utility payment. Click HERE for the form. Just print, fill out, and bring it by town hall to see if you qualify.
To begin the setup of your online payments, you will put in an email address as your user id and create a password for security.
During setup you will be asked to provide the following:
-Your Account Number- this will be a new account number found on bills starting December 2021 or after.
-Your Old Account Number (from November 2021 bills or before) or if you are a New Customer after December 2021, then use the last 4 digits of your phone number associated with your account.

When you have accessed the online portal you can make your payments there and also have access to information regarding your account as far as payment history, consumption history, etc.
